La sophrologie se d\u00e9finit comme la science de la conscience permettant l’\u00e9quilibre du corps et de l’esprit.<\/p>\n

Cette th\u00e9rapie br\u00e8ve est une\u00a0technique psychocorporelle, allie le corps et l’esprit, destin\u00e9e \u00e0 developper la conscience de l’individu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’\u00e9coute des ses ressentis.\u00a0<\/p>\n

La sophrologie va favoriser l’\u00e9coute de soi afin d’identifier ses besoins et entrer en action en utilisant ses propres ressources.<\/p>\n

Les respirations control\u00e9e, la d\u00e9tente musculaire et la suggestion de mental vont favoriser la d\u00e9tente et favoriser l’\u00e9veil des ressentis. Lors de notre 1er entretien, nous aurons un temps d’\u00e9change afin de se d\u00e9couvrir\u00a0et de comprendre vos besoins. Je vous interrogerai sur vos envies, votre v\u00e9cu et vos sensations afin de cr\u00e9er un protocole, de plusieurs s\u00e9ance, adapt\u00e9 et personnalis\u00e9 \u00e0 votre probl\u00e9matique.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
